832. Applications made to obtain juridical personality retroactively, to designate a liquidator, to prohibit a person from holding office as a director of a legal person or to lift such prohibition, or to obtain an authorization with respect to the functioning of the legal person are introduced by way of a motion in accordance with the particular rules contained in Title II of Book V.
All other applications are introduced by way of a declaration.

832. 832. When a corporation, public body, or board, is declared to have forfeited its rights, privileges or franchises, the judgment declares it to be dissolved.
At the demand of any creditor or other interested person, the property of the dissolved corporation, public body or board, is transferred to the public curator, who liquidates it according to the rules set forth in the Civil Code for the liquidation of dissolved corporations.
