814.1. Applications which, pursuant to the second paragraph of article 44.1, are within the jurisdiction of the special clerk are presented directly to the special clerk and do not require a hearing.

814.1. The clerk must, within 20 days of the filing, notify the parties and their attorneys of the date fixed for the hearing of their application.
An exception to this rule is made in the case of applications within the jurisdiction of the special clerk pursuant to the second paragraph of article 44.1; such applications are presented directly to the clerk, and do not require a hearing.
