664. The minutes of seizure, prepared in triplicate by the sheriff, must contain:
(1)  mention of the title under which the seizure is made;
(2)  a description of the immovable seized, made in accordance with the rules prescribed in the Book on the Publication of rights in the Civil Code.

664. The minutes of seizure, prepared in triplicate by the sheriff, must contain:
(1)  mention of the title under which the seizure is made;
(2)  a description of the immoveable seized: in the case of a corporeal immoveable, made in accordance with article 118; in the case of an incorporeal right, mentioning the nature of the right and the title under which it exists, with a description of the immoveable charged with the same.
