115. Health services for workers in an establishment shall be provided in the establishment itself.
They may also be provided in a hospital centre or a local community service centre operated by an institution governed by the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021) or in a facility where such a centre is operated by an institution governed by the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2) or the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5). They may be provided in some other place if the public health director believes this to be necessary due to the fact that the other premises are not available.
