25. The Société may apply for registration of a statement in compliance with the requirements of article 2940 of the Civil Code including the description of any immovable of which the Société has become the owner under the first or third paragraph of section 22 and the Land Registrar is bound to register the statement.

25. The Société may apply for registration of a statement in compliance with the requirements of article 2940 of the Civil Code including the description of any immovable of which the Société has become the owner under the first or third paragraph of section 22 and the registrar is bound to register the statement.

The Société may apply for registration of a statement in compliance with the requirements of article 2940 of the Civil Code (Statutes of Québec, 1991, chapter 64) including the description of any immovable of which the Société has become the owner under the first or third paragraph of section 22 and the registrar of the registration division in which the immovable is situated is bound to register the statement.

25. The corporation may register by deposit a statement including the description, according to article 2168 of the Civil Code of Lower Canada, of any immovable of which the corporation has become the owner under the first or third paragraph of section 22, and the registrar of the registration division in which the immovable is situated is bound to register the statement.
