76. The electoral district representatives shall be elected by the notaries who have elected domicile therein in accordance with section 17.

76. The Bureau may by regulation amend any electoral district, increase or decrease the number of such districts and give a name to any new electoral district that it establishes; it may also, in the same manner, increase or decrease the number of representatives of any such electoral district that it establishes.
