4. (Repealed).

4. On a motion of the Prime Minister, the National Assembly of Québec shall appoint a director general of financing of political parties, and fix his salary, by a resolution approved by a two-thirds majority of its members.
The National Assembly of Québec shall appoint, in the same manner, two assistant directors who shall assist the director general and it shall fix their salary.
The term of office of the director general and his assistants is five years.
Sections 5 to 12 apply to the assistant directors.
