149. The electoral list of a rural polling subdivision included in a municipality for which there is only one polling subdivision shall be revised in the polling subdivision by two revisors.
Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of this title, the chief electoral officer may, where the circumstances require it, in particular, by reason of the area or distance involved, declare that the electoral list of the polling subdivision will be revised in accordance with this subdivision, subject to the approval of the authorized parties represented in the National Assembly.
