108. Where a worker, student or hospitalized person makes an application to have his name entered on the electoral list of the polling subdivision in which he resides, in accordance with section 60, the application must be accompanied, except for a by-election, with an application to have his name struck from the electoral list of the polling subdivision where he was registered following the last annual enumeration.
