2. The Commission has, for the collection of contributions from employers, employees and contractors contemplated in sections 1 and 1.1, the powers provided in the Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and manpower management in the construction industry (chapter R-20) for the collection of contributions or assessments imposed by decree.

2.
