10.Section 6 of this Act applies despite sections 9.2 and 72.5 of the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1).

The amendments made by 2023, c. 5, s. 209 are in force except as regards to the striking out of the first paragraph, where that paragraph applies to the records of the beneficiaries of an institution referred to in the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5) and the information they contain; See Order in Council 946-2024 dated 5 June 2024, (2024) 156 G.O. 2, 2123.
10.Sections 4 to 6 and 8 of this Act apply despite sections 17, 19, 21 to 23 and 27 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) and sections 7 and 8 of the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5).
Section 6 of this Act applies despite section 63 of the Health Insurance Act (chapter A-29) and section 11.2 of the Youth Protection Act (chapter P-34.1).
