Section 2.08
Disposition versions
2.08. Where a dietitian practises in an institution to which the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021) or the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2) or the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5) applies, the recipient’s record within the meaning of those Acts and their regulations shall be considered, for the purposes of this Regulation, as the record of that dietitian.
2.08. Where a dietitian practises in an institution to which the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5) applies, the recipient’s record within the meaning of those Acts and their regulations shall be considered, for the purposes of this Regulation, as the record of that dietitian.
