Regulation respecting the declaration of non-resident status in the application for registration of the acquisition of farm land
Act respecting the acquisition of farm land by non-residents
(chapter A-4.1, s. 35).
1. Pursuant to section 21 of the Act, the information that must be contained in an application for registration of the acquisition of any farm land must be included in one of the clauses of the application for registration under the description “Declarations respecting the Act respecting the acquisition of farm land by non-residents (chapter A-4.1)”.
