R-26 - Act respecting ecological reserves

Section 1 Disposition versions

1984-06-20

1. In this act, unless the context requires a different meaning,

(a)  “ecological reserve” means any territory reserved by the Government in virtue of section 2;

(b)  (paragraph repealed);

(c)  “Minister” means the Minister of the Environment.
