Section 64
Disposition versions
64. With the authorization of the Conseil du trésor, the Minister may make any element of an agreement between the Minister and a recognized resource association or a group of such associations applicable to a resource who is not represented by a recognized association.
However, the remuneration for the services provided by the resource remains the remuneration determined by the Minister under subparagraph 2 of the second paragraph of section 540 of the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021) or subparagraph 2 of the third paragraph of section 303 of the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2).
