Section 62
Disposition versions
62. No provision of this Act or of a group agreement may restrict or affect the powers and responsibilities conferred by the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021) or by the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2) and their regulations on Santé Québec, a public institution, the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services or the Minister, nor restrict or affect the jurisdiction conferred on the Administrative Tribunal of Québec by either of those Acts.
62. No provision of this Act or of a group agreement may restrict or affect the powers and responsibilities conferred by the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) and its regulations on public institutions, health and social services agencies or the Minister, nor restrict or affect the jurisdiction conferred on the Administrative Tribunal of Québec by that Act.
