Automobile Insurance Act
121. Section 83.62 of the Automobile Insurance Act (chapter A-25) is amended
(1) by inserting “person or” after “the following” in the introductory clause;
(2) by replacing paragraph 2 by the following paragraph:
“(2) the Minister of Justice by virtue of the Act to promote good citizenship (chapter C-20) and the Act to assist persons who are victims of criminal offences and to facilitate their recovery (chapter P-9.2.1);”.
