6. (Repealed).

6. Any person who, in whatever capacity, may supply information as to the payment or collection of fines shall, whenever so required by an officer duly accredited by the Government or by the Minister of Justice, produce and exhibit to such officer, for examination and inspection, all registers, books of account, records, exhibits and documents relating to the administration of his office and answer any questions put to him.
