88. Every special constable, whenever he acts as such, must wear a badge in accordance with the regulations of the Government and carry with him a duplicate of the writing attesting his appointment or any other identity paper approved by regulation of the Government and show it whenever requested when he does anything in the performance of his duties.

Every special constable, whenever he acts as such, must wear a badge in accordance with the by-laws of the Commission and carry with him a duplicate of the writing attesting his appointment or any other identity paper approved by by-law of the Commission and show it whenever requested when he does anything in the performance of his duties.

88. Every special constable, whenever he acts as such, must wear a badge in accordance with the by-laws of the Commission adopted under paragraph c of section 18 and carry with him a duplicate of the writing attesting his appointment and show it whenever requested when he does anything in the performance of his duties.
Every special constable who infringes the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be guilty of an offence and liable, on summary proceeding, to a fine of one hundred to two hundred dollars, and costs.
