66. (Repealed).

66. Every municipality contemplated in section 64 which maintains a police force must at the request of the Commission pass and forward to it within sixty days of such request a by-law providing for the discipline of the members of such force and providing the penalties applicable in the case of infringements of such by-law; such a by-law shall come into force upon approval by the Commission.
