59. The survey of an exclusive exploration right, carried out in accordance with this Act and the regulations, shall remain in force and be considered to be the delimitation and description of that parcel of land until the exclusive exploration right is abandoned or revoked or expires or until its area is altered.
Where parcels of land subject to an exclusive exploration right are contiguous, the boundaries of the parcel of land subject to the older exclusive exploration right prevail.
Where a statement by the holder of a staked exclusive exploration right establishes that the parcel of land subject to the staked exclusive exploration right is not located within the boundaries of a parcel of land where an exclusive exploration right has been or may be obtained by map designation, the boundaries of the map designated parcel of land prevail.
