529. The provisional council shall divide the territory of the new school board into electoral divisions in accordance with the rules prescribed in the Act respecting school elections (chapter E-2.3).
The Government shall prescribe, by order, the polling date and the dates of the various steps leading to the polling. The order comes into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
The list of electors may be drawn up from the list of electors referred to in section 515.1.
