Section 603
Disposition versions
603. Section 1 of the Act respecting child day care (chapter S-4.1) is amended
(1) by replacing the definition “nursery school” by the following definition:
““nursery school” means day care services provided in an establishment that receives at least 10 children from two to five years of age on a regular basis for periods of up to three hours a day;”;
(2) by striking out the definition “school day care”.
