549. Section 6.3 of the said Act is replaced by the following section:

“6.3. Sections 330 to 337 and section 450 of the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education (chapter E-8.1) apply, mutatis mutandis, to every college that itself organizes the bussing or transportation of persons who attend the college.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the budgetary rules provided for in section 336 of the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education are established by the Minister of Transport after consultation with the Minister of Higher Education and Science.”.
