Disposition versions
519. The council of commissioners or the provisional council of the new school board shall establish the administrative structure of the new school board and, in collaboration with the other interested councils of commissioners or provisional councils, determine the distribution of the executive staff, management staff and school administrative staff of the existing school boards in accordance with the norms and modalities of transfer and reassignment established by the Minister.
