A “management plan” is a document approved by the Minister of Natural Resources, Wildlife and Parks, containing the prescriptions designed to ensure the productive management of a forest in accordance with objectives consistent with forestry principles and which must be reviewed periodically, according to the directives of the Minister and subject to his approval.
