167. The Government may, by regulation, and after consultation with the Chief Coroner, adopt any norms, scales, conditions and rules of procedure respecting the identification, transportation, preservation or keeping, custody and return or remittal of the dead bodies, objects and documents contemplated in this Act and determine the provisions of the regulation to contravene which is an offence.
The regulation comes into force on the tenth day following that of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein.
