159. The Chief Coroner may order the reopening of an inquest if justified by new facts. He shall do so if the Minister of Public Security so requires.
If the coroner who had been conducting the inquest is no longer able to do so, the Chief Coroner may designate a new coroner to conduct the reopened inquest.
