909. If the sale could not take place, or if the report is not filed 10 days before the time limit prescribed, the juge or the clerk may give new instructions.

909. The judgment which annuls the fixing of seals orders the commissioner, or any bailiff holding a copy of the order, to break them and to make a return of what he has done, but without making an inventory.
If seals have been affixed a second time, they cannot be completely removed unless both sealings have been annulled.
