280. The owner of a road vehicle that does not meet the requirements of section 236 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $60 to $100.

280. The owner of a road vehicle that does not meet the requirements of any of sections 215 to 223, 225, 230, 231, 234 to 237, 254, 258, 261 to 265, 268 and 270 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $60 to $100.
