C-24.2 - Highway Safety Code

Full text As for heavy vehicles other than those referred to in section, no person may drive or have the care or control of such a heavy vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration level equal to or in excess of 50 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood.
The prohibition does not apply to
(1)  a combination of road vehicles, consisting of a passenger vehicle drawing a camping trailer or tent-trailer, having a total combined gross vehicle weight rating of 4,500 kg or more;
(2)  a motor home; or
(3)  a heavy vehicle having a gross vehicle weight rating of 4,500 kg or more not requiring the display of safety marks under a regulation made under section 622.
