209. The Commission des transports may order and direct the form in which such returns shall be made up, and may order and direct any railway company to make up and deliver to it, from time to time, in addition to the periodical returns, returns of serious accidents, occurring upon the railway belonging to such company, whether attended with personal injury or not, in such form and manner as the Commission deems necessary and requires for its information, with a view to the public safety.
