Section 114
Disposition versions
114. Every person who makes a declaration that he knows to be false in a form or writing the use of which is compulsory under this Act or articles 1892 to 2000 of the Civil Code is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not less than $400 nor more than $4,200.
114. Every person who makes a declaration that he knows to be false in a form or writing the use of which is compulsory under this Act or articles 1892 to 2000 of the Civil Code is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $2,450.
114. Every person who makes a declaration that he knows to be false in a form or writing the use of which is compulsory under this Act or articles 1650 to 1665.6 of the Civil Code of Lower Canada is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $2 450.
