60. If a person is in illegal possession of any land in the domain of the State the territory of which is subject to a storage licence and the person refuses to relinquish possession of it, the licence holder may apply to a Superior Court judge for an eviction order.
In such a case, sections 60 to 62 of the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1) apply, with the necessary modifications.
