37. The Collège des médecins du Québec must prepare a yearly report on the end-of-life care provided by physicians practising in private health facilities.

The report must state the number of times continuous palliative sedation and medical aid in dying were administered by such physicians at the patient’s home or in the premises of a palliative care hospice. The information must be grouped by local health and social services network territory and health and social services agency territory.

The report is to be published on the website of the Collège and sent, not later than 30 June each year, to the Commission sur les soins de fin de vie.
