16.End-of-life care may be provided at the patient’s home by physicians practising in a private health facility within the meaning of the second paragraph of section 481 of the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021) or of section 95 of the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2) and, within their scope of practice, by nurses practising in such a facility.
