10. (Repealed).

10. If, after such copy has been received by any such clerk, he demands or receives any greater fee or gratuity for any business or act transacted or done by him as such clerk than is specified in such tariffs, he shall forfeit for every such demand or for every fee or gratuity so received the sum of $80.

10.
