147. The Autorité des marchés financiers shall further inspect or cause to be inspected the affairs of a company whenever that is requested by at least one hundred shareholders.
The Autorité des marchés financiers shall then forward to the company so inspected a copy of his inspection report.

147. The Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier shall further inspect or cause to be inspected the affairs of a company whenever that is requested by at least one hundred shareholders.
The Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier shall then forward to the company so inspected a copy of his inspection report.
