S-25.1 - Act respecting the sociétés d’entraide économique

112. No company may make investments except in
(1)  deposits in a bank listed in Schedule I or II to the Bank Act (Statutes of Canada, 1991, chapter 46) registered with the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a registered institution within the meaning of the Deposit Insurance Act (chapter A-26);
(2)  bonds or other evidences of indebtedness issued by the Gouvernement du Québec or the Government of Canada;
(3)  the other investments determined by regulation.

(2)  bonds or other evidences of indebtedness issued by the Gouvernement du Québec or the Government of Canada;
(3)  the other investments determined by regulation.
