5. A person shall be delegated to the board of directors by the Minister of Economic Development, Innovation and Export Trade from among the personnel members of the Minister’s department.

5. A person shall be delegated to the board of directors by the Minister of Economic and Regional Development and Research from among the personnel members of the Minister’s department.

5. Two persons shall be delegated to the board of directors, one by the Minister of Industry and Trade and the other by the Minister of Research, Science and Technology from among the personnel members of their respective departments.
