22. For the purposes of this Act, the Société may, in addition to the information and documents prescribed by regulation, require a business to disclose any information and produce any document it deems likely to enlighten it as to the advisability of granting or continuing financial assistance to the business.
The business concerned is bound to provide the Société with any information or document it requires for the purposes of this Act.

22.
