5. If the enterprise registrar resigns, is absent or is unable to act, the Deputy enterprise registrar shall perform his duties until another person is appointed as enterprise registrar or, as the case may be, until the enterprise registrar is able to resume his duties.

5. If the Inspector General resigns, is absent or is unable to act, the Deputy Inspector General shall perform his duties until another person is appointed as Inspector General or, as the case may be, until the Inspector General is able to resume his duties.

The remuneration of the temporary appointee is fixed by the Government.
