Disposition versions
46. Section 666 of the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021) and section 438 of the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2) do not prevent persons or partnerships that, on 11 June 2020, carry on their activities under a name that includes the words “seniors home” or “alternative home” and appears in the registration declaration filed under the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1) from continuing to use those words in their name.
46. Section 438 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2), as amended by section 41, does not prevent persons or partnerships that, on 11 June 2020, carry on their activities under a name that includes the words “seniors home” or “alternative home” and appears in the registration declaration filed under the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1) from continuing to use those words in their name.
