41. The board must keep a register in which the names and addresses of licence holders and of persons qualifying partnerships or corporations shall be entered, together with the categories or subcategories to which the licences belong.

41. The board must keep a register in which the names and addresses of licence holders and of persons qualifying partnerships or corporations shall be entered, together with the categories or subcategories to which the licences belong. In addition, the board must cause the list of licence holders to be published every year in the Gazette officielle du Québec. Such publication must be made before the end of the month of February.
