Regulation respecting the issuance of competency certificates
170. Section 11 of the Regulation respecting the issuance of competency certificates (chapter R-20, r. 5) is amended by replacing “Crime Victims Compensation Act (chapter I-6) and” in paragraph 5 by “Act to promote good citizenship (chapter C-20), the Act to assist persons who are victims of criminal offences and to facilitate their recovery (chapter P-9.2.1) or”.
