64. No permit may be used during opening hours of the polling stations on the day of a general election held under the Election Act (chapter E-3.1) or of a referendum held under the Referendum Act (chapter C-64.1).
However, a permit may be used on the day of a municipal or school polling day, notwithstanding any general law or special act.
