31.3. The director must see to it that, within the institution operating a child and youth protection centre, practices are maintained and resources are allocated so as to enable the director to properly exercise his responsibilities.
Santé Québec, in the case of a Santé Québec institution, or the institution’s board of directors, in any other case, shall, on a quarterly basis, hear the director on the exercise of his responsibilities and the operation of the child and youth protection centre.
31.3. The director must see to it that, within the institution operating a child and youth protection centre, practices are maintained and resources are allocated so as to enable the director to properly exercise his responsibilities.
