Section 15 Disposition versions

15. Within 30 days of the receipt of a recommendation from the Health Services Ombudsman, the person or entity referred to in subparagraph 7 of section 9.1 or any other person to which or whom the recommendation is addressed must inform the Ombudsman and the complainant in writing of the actions to be taken as a result of the recommendation or, if it has decided not to act upon the recommendation, of the reasons for such a decision.

The same applies to the institution or to, as applicable, the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services or the highest authority of the organization, resource or partnership, or to any other person to which or whom the recommendation is addressed.
