12. Within five days after receiving a written communication under subparagraph 5 of the second paragraph of section 9.1, the person or group must forward a copy of the entire complaint record to the Health Services Ombudsman.
Within five days after receiving a written communication under subparagraph 4 of the second paragraph of section 10, the institution or the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services must forward a copy of the entire complaint record to the Health Services Ombudsman.
