98.8. Any person who contravenes section 50 or 88 or a regulation under paragraph 8 of section 6.1 is liable to a fine of not under $100 nor over $1 000.

98.8. Any person who contravenes section 2.2, 2.3, 50 or 88 or a by-law adopted under paragraphs d and e of the first paragraph of section 18 is liable to a fine of not under $100 nor over $1 000.
